About the course
Level: Minimum CEFR A2 (Pre-intermediate)
This is a comprehensive course for Pre-intermediate learners and will help you improve your communication skills and increase your confidence. Lessons include clear grammar explanations, opportunities to use the new language, and teacher corrections and help. There is regular homework to help you consolidate your learning.
Learning outcomes
On this course you will:
- improve your overall English level and increase your confidence communicating in everyday situations
- develop your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills
- increase your grammar understanding and vocabulary knowledge for lots of useful topics
- study using latest published material including up-to-date topics and authentic BBC video content

Example speaking aims: make suggestions, talk about habits, make requests and offers, describe people, apologise and make excuses
Example grammar points: should, shouldn’t, present continuous, be going to, comparative and superlative adjectives
