Every year the British Council Japan Education team hosts a 'Pre-Departure Briefing for UK-bound students' to provide essential information to UK university offer holders from Japan who are about to start a course with a UK university (inclufing foundation or pre-masters courses). The pre-departure briefing this year will be held on Sunday 28 June, at the United Nations University (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo).
This event provides information about what and how to prepare, what to expect while studying, and tips to help students gain the most from their experience of studying with a UK university. Attending the event in person also provides participants with the opportunity to meet and connect with other students who will be studying with a UK university around the same time. There is an option to register to view the sessions online (livestream), for audiences that find it unpractical to travel to Tokyo.

【Online streaming】
Only the sessions held in Part 1 will be streamed online. Participants joining from outside of the Kanto area are welcome to make use of this option.
*Please note that due to operational reasons, questions during the Q&A will only be accepted from participants attending in-person at the venue.
