In this workshop we will explore how literature can help support the English learning of Primary and Secondary school students. We will look at popular British literature for children and teens, and explore activities to help build comprehension skills, vocabulary and most importantly, a love of reading.
You will get to try some activities yourself and experience what it is like to be one of our students. We will also provide explanations (in English and Japanese) about each activity, why we use it and what the learning aims are. You will have the chance to see our materials, meet other parents and ask any questions you have about our approach. Please note- this event will now take place online.
