Cancelled: Study UK Spring Fair Japan 2021

In light of the ongoing coronavirus outbreak, the British Council has decided to cancel the Study UK Fair Japan scheduled for Spring 2021 in Tokyo.

All about the Study UK Exhibition

Speak directly with institution staff

Representatives of around 50 UK universities, colleges and boarding schools will be attending so you can ask any questions and discuss your future study plans face-to-face.

Chat with alumni about their experiences

Alumni for all levels of study, from boarding schools to post-graduate courses, will be on-hand to answer your questions and give you the low down on studying in the UK. 

Visa booth

Speak with UK visa experts

UK Visas and Immigration staff will be present to take you through the visa application process and answer any questions you might have.

Find out about the IELTS test

The British Council team will be on-hand to provide information on the IELTS test and how to prepare. 

Get information on scholarships

The Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO) will be providing information on study abroad scholarships provided by the Japanese government.  You can also receive advice on other scholarship opportunities by talking to British Council staff.

  • 17.00-17.20  Mastering the English Language - a guide to studying at English language schools in the UK
  • 17.30-17.50  An introduction to studying at UK boarding schools (Language: English)
  • 18.00-18.30  All you need to know about studying at universities in the UK 
  • 18.40-19.00  An Introduction to the IELTS English language test 
  • 19.10-19.30  Scholarships seminar including information on Japanese government scholarships  
  • 19.40-20.00  All you need to know about student visas and the visa application process. Session delivered by UKVI (Language: English)
  • 20.10-20.40  Alumni Voices - Japanese graduates of UK universities join us to share their experiences of studying in the UK and how they developed their careers after graduating
